About Me
Welcome! My name is Kexin ("kuh-shin") Cassie Ding, but I go by Cassie. I’m a second-year PhD student at University of Pennsylvania, advised by Dr. Robert Ghrist. Previously, I studied mathematics at Brown University, where I was advised by Dr. Richard Schwartz and Dr. Thomas Goodwillie. I'm broadly interested in applied topology and sheaf theory, and my current focus is in their applications to quantum coding theory and code-based cryptography.
